“Numara FootPrints Tune-up” Consultation Onsite

Numara™ Software also provides another service for existing customers who want to get more out of their Numara FootPrints® installation. A Numara FootPrints Product Engineer can assess your existing Numara FootPrints implementation and make suggestions for enhancements to existing projects, or help you design a new project. Prior to the visit, the engineer will review your current settings and configuration (provided that we can gain access remotely to your implementation via Numara FootPrints Live eSupport screen sharing).

While onsite, the Numara FootPrints Engineer will also interview the stakeholders (agents, managers, etc.) to find out where they would like to see improvements. Then, together with your Numara FootPrints Administrator, the Numara FootPrints Engineer will make the changes (in your test or production environment – it’s your choice). Post-visit, we will deliver a wrap-up report summarizing the changes and suggestions for the future, and 1 hour of follow-up support from the Numara FootPrints Engineer is also included.
