Numara FootPrints Online Training Webcasts are designed to provide educational,
skill-building knowledge on Numara FootPrints features to help your support organization get the most out of Numara
FootPrints. Each live event provides 90-120 minutes of instructor-led online training on a different Numara FootPrints topic. While it is
our commitment that our products do not require training or consulting to run, manage, or customize them, some of our
customers do find value in the flexible and convenient options that we offer. Our educational webcasts provide a way to
speed up adoption of new customer problem management processes and reduce the learning curve.
Online training sessions are led by an experienced member of the Numara Software Training Team, and are provided through Microsoft Live
Meeting web sharing. The audio portion is available via phone and
streaming audio in listen-mode. Each live event
allows ample time for answering questions. Questions can be submitted via text chat throughout the presentation. Training
slides will be made available to all participants. Each webinar begins at
2:00pm Eastern Standard Time and lasts until 4:00pm EST.
For live webcasts, questions can be submitted via text chat throughout the presentation. Questions are answered as time allows at intervals throughout the presentations.
For recorded webcasts, questions can be submitted via email to be
answered by a Product Engineer as quickly as possible, usually within 1
business day, and within a maximum of 2 business days. Please Note: Our recorded webcasts vary in length from 90 minutes to 2 hours. Please refer to the individual webcast description for details.
