When you either become a Numara™ Software® customer or request downloads, walkthroughs, white papers, or other types of information from Numara Software, we may ask you to complete a registration form and supply information that identifies you. We ask for this information so that we can assist you, converse with you, and learn about how we can improve our products. We use your personal information in the following ways:
- To route your requests through our internal team and supply you with the assistance that you require (either by email, phone, or other method).
- To inform you about product news, product upgrades, new tools, renewal information, and training courses for the products we offer (and you may have purchased).
- To tell you about promotional offers, discount programs, and other services that Numara Software offers.
- We do not provide your personal information to other companies.
Periodically, you may get emailings from us with updates on our
products, new offerings, and promotional offers. If you don't want to
receive our emailings, please tell us by sending an email to privacy@numarasoftware.com.
