Phone-based Consulting

Dedicated time with a Numara™ FootPrints® Product Engineer is also available on an hourly basis. Our engineers can help you with designing a new project, reviewing your existing configuration, or other consulting services involving implementation. Appointments are scheduled through your Numara Software Sales Representative. Phone time with an engineer can be ordered on an as-needed basis, or it can be purchased as a package to be used when needed. Please note that at least 48 hours notice is usually required for blocks of time of 1 hour or more. Contact your Numara Software Sales Representative for more information.

For new customers and people who are evaluating Numara FootPrints tools, 1 hour of free phone consulting with a Numara FootPrints Product Engineer is available. To schedule this consulting time, please contact your Numara Software Sales Representative. After your free 1 hour consultation, any additional time will be billed at the normal rate.
