Are you ready to start automating your workflow in Numara FootPrints? The many
available workflow options, including Auto-Assignment, Escalation, Service
Level Management and Change Management, enable you to automate workflow
throughout the system with no programming. Everything from simple
escalations to send email when an Issue has been unresolved for a certain
amount of time, to more complex rules for assignment, approvals, and
maintaining service levels can be accomplished. Service levels can be
defined based on the problem type or customer, contracts can be attached,
and due dates can automatically be set. In this informative session,
you'll learn how to use the auto-assignment, escalation, and service level
management features to automate your
organization's business processes.
Also, the Numara FootPrints Change Management module is a powerful
tool for ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are used for
handling all changes. The goal of change management is to minimize the
impact of changes on service quality, and can be applied to IT changes and
to a multitude of other business processes. You'll learn how to design
approval workflows with the new Numara FootPrints Change Management add-on
module, including examples of creating audit trails for Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance.
Finally, we'll demonstrate how to use all of the available workflow
features together to create a complex yet seamless process using
approvals, escalation rules, and custom permission roles. This
information-packed two hour training session is aimed at new and existing
Numara FootPrints Administrators looking to automate their workflow.
