User Management Online Training

Would you like to go beyond the default settings for users in Numara FootPrints? A user in Numara FootPrints is anyone who has access to the Numara FootPrints system. This may include a service technician who is assigned to work on a router, an employee who is reporting a problem with their PC, an external customer who has a question about the organization's products and services, and a manager who needs to run a report on service desk activity. These users are just examples; Numara FootPrints can be configured to work for virtually anyone who needs to track Issues.

Customers can access the system for self-service, Agent users can also be organized into Teams for assignment purposes, and Issues can be assigned automatically to the next available Agent. This session covers all of the options for creating custom permission roles, teams, and user schedules for availability.

Availability

This course has been recorded and is available to download by filling out our registration form. Questions can be submitted via email to be answered by a Product Engineer as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day, and within a maximum of 2 business days.

This webinar will be conducted via Microsoft Live Meeting web sharing by an experienced member of the Numara Training Team. The audio portion is available via phone in listen-mode (toll-free in US and Canada). The event is 90 minutes, allowing ample time for answering questions. Questions can be submitted via text chat throughout the presentation. Training slides will be made available to all participants.
