Email Management Online Training
The Numara FootPrints® Email Management feature gives you many of the capabilities of email management tools to use in conjunction with the web interface. The system can send customized email notifications to users and process incoming email submissions and updates. Users can submit, track, update and query issues from any email client, including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.
The email notification feature includes extensive rules for when notification mail is sent to users regarding their Issues, what the emails will contain, and notification to agents and administrators. The incoming email feature allows users to send email to Numara FootPrints, which get turned into new Issues, allows users to update their Issues via email, and supports email queries. This 90-minute webinar will cover all of the options for email notification and email processing in Numara FootPrints.
