Custom Programming

In addition to our training services, we offer custom programming services to our customers. These services covers the following:

• Integrations – Integration with existing systems not currently supported by Numara FootPrints
• Enhancements to existing features to meet your specifications
• New features to meet your specifications
• Help with importing data for your address book or issue database

To complete custom programming, Numara Software requires a complete, written specification from the customer. When we receive a written specification, we will provide a quote to complete the work and include an estimated date of delivery. Custom enhancements and integrations will be supported for future upgrades for a period of time that matches the length of the customer maintenance contract. Numara Software will own the code and reserves the right to include custom features and integrations in a future version of Numara FootPrints.
