David Weiss, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weiss brings a wealth of industry expertise to overseeing the Numara Software plans to develop and acquire new products and services and increase its international reach. Formerly the President of Blue Ocean Software, Mr. Weiss led that company’s development of Track-It! into the leading IT help desk and asset management product for small and medium-sized businesses, helping IT professionals at more than 45,000 customer sites track over 14 million assets worldwide. Prior to Blue Ocean, Mr. Weiss was Vice President of Marketing at Citrix, where he helped lead the business from 60 employees and $15 million in revenue in 1995 to nearly 2000 employees and over $600 million in revenue in 2001. A graduate of Duke University, he holds bachelors' degrees in computer science and economics. He is also a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay and the Tampa Bay Technology Forum.

Tom Banta, Vice President of Development
Mr. Banta is responsible for the product development and product management functions of Numara Software. He joined Numara Software when it was owned by Intuit in April 2004. Previously, Mr. Banta spent several years in senior management roles at ClickSafety, an e-learning company, Harbinger Corporation, an electronic commerce company, and JD Edwards, an international enterprise software provider. Mr. Banta holds an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.S. in Accounting from Kansas State University.

Mike Branca, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Branca says he was attracted to the Numara Software opportunity because it brings him back to his roots. His experience includes 13 years with IBM, serving as Controller for the $2 billion division that developed Mainframe VM, MVS, and VSE Enterprise Systems Software. Mr. Branca has had more than a decade of experience serving as CFO for both public and private companies including MTS Medication Technologies, Trak Communications and Reptron Electronics. His background includes working closely with a private equity firm, resulting in over a four times return on investment for stakeholders in a three-year period. Mr. Branca earned an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Scranton.

Christopher Ferrante, Vice President of Sales – The Americas
Mr. Ferrante is responsible for all revenues, channels, and direct sales across The Americas region, which includes the United States, Canada, and Latin America. With 16 years of Senior Sales Management, Business Development, and Direct & Channel Sales experience in the computer software industry, he has held executive and senior management positions with industry leaders such as WebEx Communications, Computer Associates, and Symantec Corporation and has lead sales organizations during IPO and merger and acquisition activity. During his five years at Numara Software, Mr. Ferrante played an integral part in increasing revenue and channel development. He earned a B.S. degree from Florida State University and has received advanced management training from Dale Carnegie, TAS (Target Account Selling), and Intuit Leadership & Process Excellence programs.

David Giles, Director, Customer Services and Support
Mr. Giles leads the Technical Support, Training and Professional Services organizations. As Numara Software’s Customer Advocate, he owns the end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact through customer support, including driving process and product improvements throughout the Business’ operations. He joined the company under Intuit in July 2003 as the Director of Product Management. Mr. Giles has over 15 years of leadership experience in product development, product management and marketing with Claris Corporation and Intuit Inc. Mr. Giles joined Intuit in 1997 as the Director of Marketing for Intuit's Japan business unit. Mr. Giles holds a B.A. in Japanese Language and Economics from Stanford University.

Luisa Hollingworth, Human Resources Manager
Ms. Hollingworth has been providing HR leadership to the Numara Software organization since April 2005; and since the divestiture with Intuit has focused most of her time and energy in building the Human Resources infrastructure for Numara Software. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources-Field Operations for Eckerd Corporation where she spent a number of years in human resource leadership positions. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ms. Hollingworth has a B.A. in Business Management with a Major in Human Resources Management. She also holds a PHR certification.

Mark Krieger, Vice President of Product Development, Edison
Mr. Krieger was President and Co-founder of UniPress Software, where he was pivotal in growing UniPress to a leading position in the service desk software market and subsequently attracted Numara Software, Inc. as a buyer. As the chief architect of its web-based FootPrints software, he was responsible for managing UniPress’ development and product support teams. At Numara Software, Mr. Krieger continues in his software development role as Vice President of Product Development for the company’s FootPrints product line. Prior to founding UniPress in 1983, he was founder and Vice President of Whitesmiths Ltd., a software development company, where he managed technical operations and co-authored several C compilers. He also held positions at IBM, Columbia University and CERN (Physics Research Laboratory) in Switzerland. Mr. Krieger received a B.S. from the City College of New York and an M.S. in Computer Science from Pratt institute.

John Machonis, Vice President of Marketing and International Sales
Mr. Machonis leads all marketing activities for Numara Software as well as the international sales and marketing team. Mr. Machonis joined the company in December, 2004, shortly before the divestiture from Intuit. He has over 24 years of sales and marketing experience where he held leadership positions at: Basis Technology Corp., a provider of software and professional services that enable companies to operate their technologies in foreign languages; UNIFI Communications, which provides enterprise messaging solutions; and Western Digital / Standard Microsystems, a leading manufacturers of high volume Arcnet, Ethernet, and Token Ring products in the Local Area Networking marketplace. Mr. Machonis is a graduate of Miami University – Oxford Ohio and holds a B.S. in Business & Marketing.

Fred Pack, Vice President of Business Operations, Edison
Mr. Pack was Vice President, CFO, and Co-founder of UniPress Software, and played an integral part in the acquisition by Numara Software, Inc. Mr. Pack joined Mr. Krieger in building UniPress’ business, overseeing sales, marketing and business development operations, and also developed a range of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including a broad network of channel partners and alliances throughout the US. He is now the Vice President of Business Operations at the Numara Software Edison office. Prior to founding UniPress with Mr. Krieger, Mr. Pack was Vice President at Whitesmiths Ltd., where he was responsible for commercial activities. Mr. Pack received a B.A. from Columbia College and an M.B.A. from New York University.
